<p>Boom Blox is a strategy game, which gives players a series of puzzles involving building blocks of all different shapes and sizes. Built for the Nintendo Wii, Boom Blox is probably the ideal game for kids of all ages. Steven Spielberg noted while creating the game that he made it to play with his kids, and it shows.</p>

<p>Its Nintendo&#8217;s answer to Microsoft&#8217;s Xbox Live Arcade and its XNA Studio and to Sony&#8217;s PlayStation Store. It also allows smaller developers to sell their games while larger publishers can experiment with new ideas. It has been launched with six Wii games: Square Enix&#8217;s Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King; Frontier Development&#8217;s LostWinds; XGen Studios&#8217; Defend your Castle; Nnooo&#8217;s Pop; High Voltage Software&#8217;s V.I.P. Casino: Blackjack; and Gameloft&#8217;s TV Show King. Nintendo said it would add new games to WiiWare every Monday.</p>

<p>Gamers will be able to buy a disc from retailers containing songs previously released as downloadable content for the Xbox 360 and PS3. The Rock Band Track Pack Volume 1 will include 20 master tracks from 20 different artists, and will retail for $29.99.</p>

<p>It will offer downloadable DS titles and information about the company&#8217;s games alongside WiiWare. Wii users will be able to log into the online Wii Shopping Channel from the console&#8217;s main menu and download the Nintendo Channel application for free. If a user has played a WiiWare game for at least an hour, they will be able to review the game on the Nintendo Channel and will be other customer&#8217;s reference in their purchasing decisions since the company doesn&#8217;t provide free demo versions of WiiWare games.</p>
