hey go to the golden pier and head to the far rite side on foot , head between the fence and the building until you see the part where the building cuts in and you will see some waky crap hit me up if you actualy pull this off. Am i first to find?

only problem of using the phone cheats is it locks up 2 achievements that you can’t get when you cheat
